I hold an Interdisciplinary Studies degree from Liberty University, with concentrations in Business, Behavioral Science, and Natural Science, which allows me to understand human growth from multiple perspectives—practical, emotional, and scientific. I also bring over 25 years of management, coaching, and mentoring experience across private business, the United States Marine Corps, and Federal Civil Service.

My coaching style is collaborative, goal-oriented, and person-centered. I believe every client already carries unique strengths, and my role is to help uncover those strengths while providing clear strategies and accountability. Through guidance, encouragement, and reflection, I help clients move past obstacles and step into the life they are designed to live.
